PJ has just received its determination letter from the IRS recognizing it as a tax-exempt entity under 501(c)(3). The CEO makes $120,000 a year (as do the organization's secretary and chief financial officer), while PJ itself has received upwards of $2 million for helping Dateline NBC with its controversial sting operations.
