Just wanted to point out that it says on YouTube that this video was made for (not by) Oxfam as part of a video competition. One of the criteria of the competition is to get as many views of the video (which should be about climate change) as possible. It would seem these people have thought "what's popular on YouTube? Hmmm, a girl dancing!"
