I love this ad for Oxfam America Unwrapped! It's so cheeky and funny!
I think this ad is hilarious. I'm a fan of shows like Saturday Night Live and Absolutely Fabulous so this isn't offensive to me. I'm not sure how it will be received by the larger audience. I hope to see the results reported in January.
I was a Food Stamp and Medicaid Caseworker in Indiana, until my job was privatized. Now I work for a Non-Profit and get paid to give out food directly...how much more satisfying. It is also scary due to the greatly increasing need out there. And no one is thinking about the Elderly, who can be expected to live on less than $700 per month of Social Security. That might be another angle for another ad!
